1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing any website, application, API, digital product, or educational cohort hosted by 1DIGITALMAN or its subsidiaries, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with these terms.
2. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, 3D assets, course materials, neural model architectures, and trademarks belong exclusively to 1DIGITALMAN. Unauthorized reverse engineering, scraping, redistribution, or unauthorized reselling is strictly prohibited.
3. Commercial Transactions & Billing
Transactions executed through UddoktaPay or integrated international payment channels are processed in accordance with stated invoice terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the applicable jurisdictional statues of 1DIGITALMAN corporate registrations.
